Here's a pic of the Starbella brand. As you can see, it's packaged all scrunched up, so it does take a little time and practice opening the weave while working on your project. The holes on the bottom are where you crochet/knit, leaving the solid line part to become the bottom of your ruffle.
This pic is comparing the netting between Starbella brand (top) and Sashay (bottom). As you can see, Starbella weave is more open than Sashay.
